QuickBooks Remote Access - easy to setup - easy to use!  And FREE!

If you have a recent copy of QuickBooks (2011, 2012) and internet access, you can set your computer up to use QuickBooks Remote Access for FREE!

Start your QuickBooks.  Click on the FILE menu and select REMOTE ACCESS.  You will need to set up a Webex account using an email address and a password.  Once you have established an account, from the main login menu, click on the link that says SET UP THIS COMPUTER.  In addition to the login info, you will also need to set an access code to access your computer. 

Once you have your computer set up, make sure it is left on and then from any other computer go to the internet web address:  qb.webex.com.  Enter your email and password.  You should see your computer listed - just select CONNECT, enter the access code and voila!  You will be able to see your computer and QuickBooks will open.
